Platycephalus fuscus

Characteristics 
Colours can vary from a sandy colour with spots to dark brown with white spots. Dark bars are often visible across the rear of the body, do be careful when handling these fish as they have very sharp spines on each side of the head.

Size
Maximum 15kg and a length of 1.5m
