We use Australian courier services and can deliver to your home address, work or PO box anywhere in Australia. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.
When you purchase online with Addict Tackle your delivery will be completed by the courier. Someone will need to be present to sign for your parcel. If there’s no one home, a notification card will be left and your parcel taken to a nearby post office for you to collect.
If you would like your Addict Tackle parcel left at your address without requiring a signature (or redirected to another address) simply click on the tracking number link in your despatch notification email and follow the instructions. You also release Addict Tackle from being liable if you should supply an incorrect address or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.
Domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier.
All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping, however, due to the cost of sending over sized items (like 1 piece fishing rods, landing nets and tackle bags for example), certain products regardless of order value, will incur shipping charges at checkout. If the shipping charges are in excess of actual shipping costs at the time of order processing, we will issue you an addicttackle.com.au gift card to the value of the difference. If the shipping charges are in excess of the shipping amount paid at checkout, we will contact you to work out a solution.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday or on the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday, or first available business day. Orders made within two days of a public holiday or during busy sale periods link to a public holidays list may take up to an additional five days to be delivered.
Some items, due to international legislation, cannot be transported through our delivery provider. This includes (but not limited to) highly flammable items, aerosols, butane, blades, first aid kits, matches or any dangerous articles.
