A microprocessor is used by Shimano's innovative Digital Control braking system to check spool speed 1,000 times per second and apply just the right amount of brake pressure to minimise backlash and increase distance. Less thumbing and trouble-free casting in all situations will be appreciated by anglers of all ability levels.
