With the multitude of rods available today, to single out any rod as better than another is virtually impossible. When you seeek a specific rod to do a specific task, then it is liklely more viable that you can specify certain criteria with which to make a judgement. In the case of the TT Copperhead Spin Rod I recently purchased, it suits the purpose which I am putting it to use. I am primarily throwing fresh water lures for the species available for me to catch in the south west of WA. For this purpose, it works very well. If I had to buy this rod again, I probably wouldn't, as the reason I bought it originally was that I was given a birthday voucher which I didn't want to waste, and the rod suited a purpose for which I needed. The only complaint that I have with the purchase of the rod is the fact that the value of the voucher I given was eradicated in the freight cost on the delivery. For an elderly person living on an aged pension, this is a little bit disappointing, but the originators were not aware of these circumstances.
