If the item you are wanting is out of stock, click on the green "notify me" button on the product page. Pop your email address/and or phone number, and as soon as we get more stock and enter it into the system, you will be notified by email and/or SMS directly.

The identical product must be accessible from an Australian retailer, must be in stock and not on pre-order. Competitor shipping costs for the product is taken in to consideration when we are assessing price matches.

Any discount codes, including Fishing Addiction member codes, only apply to items in your cart that are not already discounted / on sale. So if you see a product with a crossed out price, you can't apply any further discounts to it.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Yes, many reels allow for the handle to be switched to the left side. However, it's best to consult the specific reel's manual or contact us for guidance on compatibility and installation at admin@addicttackle.com.au

es, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Unfortunately, however, some products that are oversize and are expensive to ship are excluded from the offer. Please contact us if you have placed an order over $150 and have still been charged shipping and we will do our best to find a solution!

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our website for more information on international shipping options and rates.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return for refund policy is not applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product.
